The building concept emerged from the inherent complexity of the plot’s parameters and its irregular form.
The positioning of three juxtaposing volumetric elements is evident both horizontally and vertically in the design formulation. These consist of a vertical core and two residential, the latter being oriented toward the cityscape and sea view.
On the ground level, the commons area provides a garden and swimming pool facilities separated visually from the parking area.
The privacy of the balcony use on each floor and apartment is further accentuated by the vertical wooden glue laminated members who further assist in the filtering of the sun.
The penthouses on the top level are designed to provide an additional private open roof garden area.
Appearance & Finish
The external appearance is derived from the concept of the three juxtaposing elements and implemented by the selection of differentiated finishes comprising of High Pressure Laminate, fair faced concrete and rendering accordingly.

A peripheral concrete wall surrounds the ground premises with controlled entries both for the vehicle and pedestrian gates.
Designed for use by the handicapped it provides uninhibited accessible areas as well as a WC intended for use by the handicapped on the ground floor.
The main entrance doors to each apartment are safety featured with extra locking mechanisms.
The glass exterior railings stand at 120cm from the ground providing safe unobstructed views to the surroundings.
