The apartment building is located in a central yet friendly and cosy neighbourhood of Limassol, just below the main commercial axis of Spyrou Kyprianou avenue. The design of the building takes advantage of the plot shape and topography and the residential units are placed in such a way so that every apartment is street-facing and has either a sea view or a mountain view. The 3rd floor apartment and the penthouse have almost a 360º view of the city.
The building has a contemporary architectural approach, with a unique, dynamic design providing at the same time privacy and maximum views. The seemingly complex geometry of the façade is balanced with the simplicity in the material choice which is narrowed down to pure white volumes, textured accentuations and exposed concrete elements. Emphasis was also given in the energy efficiency of the building with passive design elements and careful material and equipment selection.
