The Oval in Limassol is one of the first "tall buildings" implemented in Cyprus, with a height of about 75m. Its location, on the border of the Municipality of Limassol with Agios Athanasios, makes it visible from the intercity road, acting as a reference point and gateway to the city.
Located in an area of about 4,500 sq.m., it includes 8,000 sq.m. of office spaces developed on 15 floors and 8,000 sq.m. in parking lots in two basements. At the last level, an accessible roof garden is created for the top offices. Due to underground parking, unique configurations have been made throughout the outdoor space of the ground floor so that rich landscaped spaces can surround the entire building.
A special feature of the building is its shell, on which all its morphology and aesthetics are based, referring to the pebbles of the neighbouring beach. To achieve the shell's construction, the latest technologies have been used in terms of both parametric design programs and construction technologies to implement with absolute accuracy the geometry of the shell, which gives the building its name.
